Our radiator filler neck is made exclusively by Deerely Departed in our own shop. This radiator filler neck was out of production for many years, and is no longer available from John Deere . Our new reintroduced radiator filler neck duplicates the original in every way including the overflow tube . Our radiator filler neck is made of heavier annealed brass to outlast the original by many, many years. Our radiator filler neck replaces the John Deere Parts AR20515R and is designed to accommodate the original radiator cap (pressurized). Our radiator filler neck is perfectly sized to press fit into the original cast iron radiator top without glue or brazing. Fits John Deere 530 through 730 Tractors.
When pressing this radiator neck into the original cast iron radiator top, use a wooden dowel or soft drift 1-1/2" in diameter placed into the filler neck. Gently tap the neck, a little at a time, until it bottoms out. The neck is designed to the correct length so that the radiator cap protrudes through the hood perfectly.
