Directive 1468 comes directly from John Deere (Dec 1975) and describes modifications that are required to be performed to install the new regulator on John Deere Dubuque tractors. (Original no longer manufactured)

"The original regulator for these tractors is no longer available. This regulator can be adapted to these tractors with some minor modifications and hardware changes."
