Many tractors are configured with the LP vapor and liquid valves designed to protrude through the instrument panel. These valves need to have a longer valve stem installed. Many years ago, in order to save costs, John Deere reduced inventory by using just 1 standard valve for all two-cylinder tractors. That left many John Deere tractors with valves that were too short to protrude through the instrument panel.  Our valve stem extension is the answer.  This John Deere LP valve extension is about 7/8 inches long and fits over the original John Deere valve stem to allow it to correctly extend through the instrument panel and allow a valve handle to be installed. Our valve extension for John Deere Tractors comes complete with longer screw and adaptor to be used on the new style John Deere LP Valve. Machined from solid brass.
