This John Deere Unstyled Radiator Cap is remanufactured and improved over the original cap. The baffle plate is now manufactured from solid brass as well is the threaded rod and cotter pin that holds the assembly together. The "T" nut is Stainless Steel. The corrosiveness of antifreeze and water will no longer affect these metals. This John Deere replacement cap will last for many years. Replaces John Deere D319R
