The hood fastener receptacles found in M, MT, 40 series, 320, 330, 420, 430 tractors or the 1010 and 2010 tractors of all designs suffer from a real pain in the neck! The 1/4 turn receptacles can pose quite a problem for our farm equipment restorations. These modified "T" nuts solve that problem. They simply insert into the backside of the tractor's hood receptacle
without modification to the tractor. The "T' nut then allows our Threaded Airloc 160 Bolts or any other 5/16" threaded bolt to be used to fasten hoods in place.
